Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brushless Servo Motor 1FK6032-6AK71-1ZZ9-Z S06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elwood-Gettys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 12080VL100L40BRE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 120089306 manufactured by Elwood-Gettys and we are pleased to be able to service most Elwood-Gettys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1F650 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

Spare units by Lincoln such as 184C equipment made by Lincoln have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1326ASB420G21A by Allen-bradley and 184C spares by Lincoln are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1238WBF2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
