Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Broadley D140-B220-PT-D9 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bwi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ctc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the E51PLS5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1877256 manufactured by Bwi and we are pleased to be able to service most Bwi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC203100A002IR01001K by Manufacturer Ctc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Custom-Control-Inc Brand PUCASLIO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Danfoss such as 130B6054DT4 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E57LAL30A2SA by Cutler-Hammer and 130B6054DT4 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPACGL1BT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crestron.
