Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bowthorpe Microsystems PIPDISP 16 BM162.1/045/00B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brown-Boveri products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brechbuhler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brown-Boveri product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brown-Boveri such as the HESG446937R000170BK03AR1004581 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BSIRL20000A500 manufactured by Brechbuhler and we are pleased to be able to service most Brechbuhler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HEIE220037R12 by Manufacturer Brown-Boveri as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40HQ150 by Browning and 3B70SK spares by Browning are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
