Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bei Sensors HS35F-62-R14-SS-1024-ABZC-4469-SM18-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Berges-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bitronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bk-Mikro product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Berges-Electronic such as the ACMA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTWIN4B20000000 manufactured by Bitronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Bitronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK100B by Manufacturer Bk-Mikro as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YBZ5 by Bendpak and UTTS2G0480 spares by Bishop-Wisecarver are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8337 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Blakeslee.
