We service and repair Artis MCON-2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Artis MCON-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MCON-2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MCON-2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
