Arteco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Arteco MEPS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Arteco MEPS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MEPS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MEPS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Avtron such as the B214835 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSXI090V6C1 manufactured by Aucom and we are pleased to be able to service most Aucom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300816701A1 by Manufacturer Autologic-Information-International as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
