Armstrong Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Armstrong VMS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Armstrong VMS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VMS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VMS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Avatar-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aspen-Motion-Technologies product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the EF837G041 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1P4880S02 manufactured by Avatar-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Avatar-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RM230018 by Manufacturer Aspen-Motion-Technologies as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Autocalve-Engineers Brand P85462 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Avlis-co such as F7018060 equipment made by Avlis-co have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avlis-co products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avlis-co" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 032024003 made by Asm as well as the popular SC8210G004 original spares produced by Asco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APT3100D5M11F11S1M1 by Autrol and F7018060 spares by Avlis-co are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACV008YAC00D000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Avtron.
