Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Precision Industries E1000-375 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Andrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ampro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Andrive such as the HR115A689S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3351285B manufactured by Ampro and we are pleased to be able to service most Ampro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DV414A00 by Manufacturer Amk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Amk Brand DV524A00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Andover-Controls such as PX02 equipment made by Andover-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Andover-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Andover-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DPD65211 made by Anaheim as well as the popular AN240210G original spares produced by Analogic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 213704004 by Ametek and PX02 spares by Andover-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SY070G0041105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anderson.
