Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ozuch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iei product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the BT20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D14CM01A manufactured by Ozuch and we are pleased to be able to service most Ozuch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM150GSTR by Manufacturer Iei as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand BY171A444G51REVA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daisy-Data such as EIK10 equipment made by Daisy-Data have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daisy-Data products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daisy-Data" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FPM2150GUCE made by Advantech as well as the popular E8031A original spares produced by Woodman
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR192C0001000 by General-Electric and EIK10 spares by Daisy-Data are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
