Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arbor-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the PM101745 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCE984385 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PBPI14SAV12 by Manufacturer Arbor-Technology as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ormec Brand ORN50CFEHS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as S3200LSU0301E equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R91126354399W32 made by Indramat as well as the popular OSP5000LG original spares produced by Okuma
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R900759147 by Rexroth and S3200LSU0301E spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
