Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hurco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hurco such as the E319 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM3555T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E315 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Amk Brand DV514L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as DXE430 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E324T made by Magnetek as well as the popular F71520B5G original spares produced by Boston
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMP56ZPF4G4099 by Peeless-Winsmith-/-General-Electric and DXE430 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
